Assist in structuring and documenting regulated funds from pre-launch to post-closing across the Region.
Assist with the establishment of Alternatives and/or Private Equity Funds in multiple jurisdictions across the Region including but not limited to assisting with the drafting and review of fund documents and ancillary agreements.
Assist with public funds establishment registration and ongoing regulatory filings in the Region.
Support Senior Corporate Counsel with institutional clients onboarding including review and negotiation of IMAs.
Assist with the review of financial services agreements.
Keep abreast of regulatory developments in the Region and assess advocacy opportunities.
Provide administrative support in all aspects of the delivery of legal services which includes coordination of payment of legal invoices and expenses for the legal team.
