As part of the Asset Services team, you will be the subject-matter expert for the team and to handle the various aspects of corporate actions. You will focus on process improvements while delivering good service and reducing operational risk.
Authorise, validation, repair and execution of inbound – outbound instructions (from customers/to depositories/agent)Contact depository, issuer, delivery/paying agents for reconciliation purposes or event clarificationsInstruct and reconcile cash and/or securities discrepancies in a timely mannerSupport complex customer queries and take charge of investigationsEscalate and report issues to Management on issues and challenges in a timely manner.Take ownership, work on and ensure issue resolution in ...
