Overview

Associate Channel Account Manager (aCAM) is a quota-carrying role responsible for driving business growth in the SER region. This role reports into the SER Inside Sales Manager, with a dotted line to the Regional Channel Director. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering new footprint opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling in accounts in the SMB and Mid- Market space.

In addition to strategic initiatives, the aCAM will also manage tactical transactions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as CAD sellers, partner technical managers, Partner Sales Representatives (PSRs), and segment sellers to ensure smooth management of these transactions.
