Position Overview
The successful candidate will need to understand Air Navigation Act (ANR) regulatory rules and the rostered duty codes. In addition, the Associate must build up their knowledge of SQ aircraft equipment, crew complement requirements and crewβs operating patterns (COPs).
Key Responsibilities - The key duties are updating of rosters due to medical leave and standby activation. Associate will monitor open pairings/COPs and ensure all SQ flights depart with full complement of crew through proper management of standby resources. To report the reason for any minus crew situation for all SQ flights.
- To execute Load Based Variable Manning based on passenger loads and specific aircraft types. To create COP for standby activation as well as to create SNY COP for training crew (after office hrs/weekend/PH). In addition, to monitor the crew complement for VVIP & certain chartered Flights.
