The Analytics and Insights Associate applies data analytics and business intelligence to support business strategies and goals with a focus on problem framing, interpretation and driving decisions. The associate utilizes AI-enabled data tools to automate reporting processes: cleaning data, generating standard reports, building basic dashboards and first-pass insights. The Manager supports the business to understand business context, challenging the outputs of AI, and guiding what are the critical questions for strategic decision making and planning. The associate will orchestrate AI tools (AutoML, co-pilot, BI assistants) to move faster from data to recommendations. The associate must be comfortable with working on large and complex data sets.
