We are seeking an Associate Business Analyst to support the Business Analytics and Testing Support Team. This role works under the guidance of experienced analysts to document business needs, analyze processes, and assist in ensuring that customer requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable work for technical teams. The Associate Business Analyst contributes to both Agile (Sprint) and Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle activities and helps ensure customers’ needs remain central throughout development and testing. The candidate must have experience related to Business Analysis, Management Analytics, and/or Power Apps/Power Automate.
