Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
Design, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
Sound knowledge on developing process maps, BRDs and other documentation required such as prototype to build a solution
Collaboration and engagements with the other support functions like Operational Excellence, RPA, OGA automation team, IT and other cross functional teams
Perform analysis on defect trends to identify the root cause
Dashboards - adapting and implementing new reporting standard such as Tableau, Power BI et., to provide automated real time reporting solutions
