Position Overview
Key Duties & Responsibilities - Elicit, analyse, and document business functional and non-functional requirements using industry-standard techniques.
- Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Plan and facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions.
- Analyse current-state and future-state business processes, identifying gaps and recommending process improvements.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to support solution design, system implementation, and change initiatives.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
