Position Overview
· As the Associate Brand Manager for Standard Welding Equipment (SEA), you will take on an impactful, high-growth role driving ESAB’s core product portfolio across Southeast Asia. Based in Malaysia, you will blend regional market intelligence with hands-on project management to assist in leading this vital product segment.
· Your primary mission will be to cross-functionally coordinate and develop new welding hardware tailored specifically to the unique environmental conditions, power grid constraints, and user preferences of the SEA market.
· By serving as the vital link between local distribution networks and global R&D teams, you will champion the product pipeline from concept stage to commercial launch, ensuring ESAB expands its market share and remains the premier choice for regional fabricators.
