The firm specializes in transportation law, catastrophic injury cases, dental malpractice, and complex personal injury defense. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload and be mentored by partners who actually want to invest in their associates.


Responsibilities:

• Manage a comprehensive caseload that includes both pre-litigation and active litigation files.

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery motions, dispositive motions, and trial preparation materials.

• Collaborate with colleagues to prepare for depositions, negotiations, and client meetings, providing strategic insights.
