Position Overview
RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Admission to practice law in the State of New Jersey.A minimum of three (5) years of litigation experience.Previous experience preparing and responding to (1) initial pleadings, (2) motions to dismiss, (3) written fact discovery demands, including requests for production, interrogatories, and requests for admission, (4) written expert discovery demands, including requests for production, interrogatories, and expert witness disclosures, and (5) discovery-related motions and meet-and-confer correspondence.The ideal candidate will also have experience with preparing and responding to Daubert and/or Frye motions, and motions for summary judgment.Experience with trial-related court filings (i.e., motions in limine, requests to charge, verdict sheets, etc.) is a plus.Deposition experience is preferred with the ideal candidate having independently taken and defended some...
