We are looking for an Associate to join a litigation practice in Buckhead/Atlanta. This role is best suited for a licensed attorney with several years of hands-on civil litigation experience who is comfortable working fully on site and contributing immediately to active matters. The position offers the opportunity to handle substantive legal work, support case strategy, and collaborate closely with the legal team in a fast-paced office environment.


Responsibilities:

• Prepare initial pleadings, including complaints, with close attention to factual detail, legal sufficiency, and filing requirements.

• Examine discovery materials, identify key issues, and help develop responses and follow-up strategies for ongoing litigation matters.

• Draft motions and supporting documents that reflect sound legal analysis and align with overall case objectives.
