**What you’ll need to succeed as an Associate Analyst, Claims at XPO**

Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
+ Exceptional customer service skills
+ Able to communicate with management regarding the claim decision-making process
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

+ 1 or more years of experience as a cargo claims examiner, analyst or in a similar capacity working with liability and risk

+ Knowledge of common law liability, Code of Federal Regulations, rules and tariffs, transportation contracts and agreements and the National Motor Freight Classification system
+ Knowledge of risk reduction and claims process
+ Knowledge of LTL transportation
