**Description:**
You will be the Associate Aeronautical Engineering Manager for the F-35 Harness & Interconnect team which is responsible for advancing the F-35 program.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Associate Aeronautical Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary engineering team within the F-35 Harness & Interconnect team, while also contributing technical expertise to the design effort.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Mentor and develop engineering talent, guiding career growth and performance.
+ Oversee administrative functions, including performance assessments, compensation, and awards.
+ Manage training programs and behavioral actions to ensure team readiness.
+ Identify and drive opportunities for technical and process improvements on the F-35 program.
+ Execute hands‑on design work in collaboration with the Design Team Manager.
