Support monthly project draws and budget variance analysis — you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to real‑time decisions on construction projects
Prepare, review, and maintain payment draw schedules in accordance with internal processes
Complete GL reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and project financial reports accurately and on time
Work with budget owners to refine cash flow forecasts, monitor project risks, and flag potential issues early
Review invoices processed by Accounts Payable for coding accuracy, budget alignment, and required approvals
Maintain project budgets in Sage and support accurate data flow between Sage and Procore
