With guidance from senior lawyers, engages with business leaders to understand direction, changes and objectives; provides advice on potential legal issues or challenges.
Enforces Legal policies and procedures.
With guidance or in partnership with senior lawyers, presents training to internal clients on specified legal topics.
Collaborates with supported Finance & Accounting, Sales & Sales Excellence, Corporate Operations, Engineering / Product Development, Marketing & Communications and/or others, to ensure that product offerings, business dealings and agreements are legally compliant and protective of the company’s interests.
