Position Overview
Job Summary Continuous review of process frameworks (e.g. Pricing, Cross Border, Conduct, etc.) to ensure adequate control environment, develop process flows for strategic initiatives and assisting in the development of operating models. Working closely with key business stakeholders, including but not limited to Business and Operational teams, CFCR, Legal, Business Management, Audit, Technology in shaping internal policies, driving changes and strategic implementation for the Business with regards to PvB Controls. Identifying and addressing key risk areas of the Private Banking business through deep dives, reviews and data analytics. Conduct gap analysis, identify key areas of risk or concern and impact to the Business and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and business partners.
