Assoc. Director - Country AI Engineer

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions for an insurance business, from ideation and experimentation to production deployment on Azure. You will set technical directions, ensure production quality, and provide mentorship.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions from ideation to production rollout and continuous improvement.

Build AI applications across Generative AI, predictive modeling, and analytics depending on business priority.

Work with business teams (claims, underwriting, sales, operations) to translate problems into AI solutions.

Deploy AI services and pipelines on Azure with focus on reliability, performance, security, and cost efficiency.

Set engineering standards for AI development, evaluation, monitoring, and documentation and provide technical guidance and mentorship.
