Role Summary
Support the CPO Head in managing and controlling the companyβs project portfolio in accordance with defined processes and procedures. This includes supporting key portfolio activities such as project initiation, business case development, project prioritization, approval, change control, completion, and monthly progress reporting to ensure overall portfolio success.
The role also contributes to strengthening project management capability across the organization by promoting best practices, methodologies, standards, tools, and providing consultation support to project managers and stakeholders.
Additionally, the role may act as a Project Manager and/or Project Management Office (PMO) for assigned projects, depending on project complexity, size, and organizational needs.
