Perform and support the Manager/Director in all aspects of vessel activities to ensure profitability, efficient employment of managed/operated vessels and time charter‑in tonnage.
Timely monitoring of vessel positioning, movement and cargo loading / discharging processes for effective planning.
Negotiation of Charter, Demurrage rates and lay time as per contract terms
Support team in promoting business activities and management of client relationship to resolve all potential problems and issues.
Calculate voyage estimates and assist with budgeting and preparation of commercial tenders.
Assist to monitor market conditions and industry rates.
Chartering of tugs/barges/offshore tonnage and other vessels for both owned and principal's tonnage.
Work with Agency and Operation department on all aspects of joint projects.
Plan and organize resources for all turnkey projects.
