Position Overview
The Department of Radiation Oncology of the University of Maryland School of Medicine, ranked top 5th in NIH research funding, is recruiting for a Radiation Oncologist at the Assistant/Associate/Professor level. The department provides Radiation Oncology services at several practice settings and has a need for a full-time faculty physician scientist. The ideal candidate will have a track record of continuous and/or renewal of extramural/industry funding and have an active clinical practice. Based on the candidate’s experience, the opportunity to hold a departmental leadership position, such as Vice-Chair, could be made available. This faculty position will provide strategic vision for our department’s research/clinical trial efforts endeavors.
