Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include teaching clinical and foundational science course work in our Doctor of Physical Therapy program and other graduate health science programs. Additional responsibilities include scholarly activity, student advisement and mentorship, and service to the Department, School, and College.
Qualifications
- Candidates are required to hold an earned academic doctorate (e.g., PhD, EdD, DSc, DHsc, or equivalent) by the official start date of employment in a relevant field including but not limited to physical therapy, occupational therapy, exercise physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, or biomechanics.
- Successful candidates will demonstrate prior teaching experience in physical therapy, a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience, and a record of scholarship.
