+ Provide contracting legal support to Texas Tech University System and components, including, but not limited to, real estate transactions, healthcare transactions, construction and design agreements, and other academic or higher education transactions, such as IT software and licensing agreements, purchasing and services agreements, international transactions (e.g., study abroad), public-private partnership agreements, research-related contracts and grants, and athletics transactions, including game guarantee contracts and media/marketing/apparel rights.
