The AVP Strategy convenes and facilitates corporate strategy work plan for the current transformational phase of Impact Integrated. The role bridges the operational business units and departments, Senior Management Team and the Board of Trustees. This is a fixed-term contract of one-year, with the main goal to deliver the first year work plan for Impact Integrated’s 5-Year Strategic Plan (IMPACT 2030).

Business Model Incubation & Strategy Execution - Drive the incubation work plan for new and emerging business models for the Company.- Facilitate product development sprints with business units and departments for monetization.- Develop the necessary models and analysis to help with decision-making, towards achieving sustainable profitability for the Company.- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and the monthly reporting cadence for Senior Management Team and the Board of Trustees.
