Own subject matter policies, analyze market trends and relative position as well as the bank's market competitiveness in the areas of compensation, benefits and performance management
Analyze statistics and market trends to provide insights for decision making in the development and/or review of performance and reward policies and procedures and programmes.
Provide APAC support to Head of Rewards, in the following areas:
Reviewing the soundness/competitiveness of existing policies
Highlight areas of concern in the deployment of new initiatives and policy reviews, assisting to ensure that bank and employee needs are well balanced, while ensuring compliance to local rules and regulations
Support in advocating consistent policies across the region
Identifying and assessing the impact of policies on Group HR and APAC strategies
Lead the delivery of the annual pay review process for the APAC region.
