Support end-to-end deal management for structured financing transactions, including Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) and warehouse facilities, across the Middle East.
Partner with Loans Origination, Markets Sales, and Emerging Markets Credit Trading to design and execute distribution strategies for conventional and Islamic loan transactions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Financial Institutions (FIs) and Sponsors to drive loan syndications and grow the private-side investor base.
Conduct credit analysis, due diligence, and legal reviews to support transaction execution and credit applications.
Prepare pitch books, marketing materials, and market updates to support regional business development initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Risk, Legal, and Trading, to ensure seamless deal execution.
