Primary Key Responsibilities (Top 3-5 KRA)
Respond to escalations from L1/L2 analysts, providing deep technical investigation and guidance. Support the SOC Manager in maintaining and enhancing detect-and-analyse controls. Drive advanced incident response, containment and recovery activity. Create new alerting rules and tune existing rule‑sets to reduce noise and improve signal quality. Use automation and AI to create efficiencies and expand SOC capability. Develop, update and maintain L1/L2 playbooks for effective alert response. Additional Responsibilities:
