WSP is currently initiating a search for an **Assistant Vice President, Electrical Engineer** to join our **Property & Buildings** team in **California** . This position may be based out of **any WSP office in California** . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer who brings a strong combination of technical leadership, client engagement, and business development experience to help grow our Property & Buildings practice.

This role will actively participate in the full project lifecycle, with a focus on complex building sector projects such as K‑12 education, community colleges, higher education, civic and municipal facilities, and industrial, commercial or institutional developments. The successful candidate will support projects from conceptual design through construction close‑out, while partnering closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
