Assistant Vice President - Distribution Reporting and Digital Enablement
This is a high-performing team that is responsible to own the role of the “Business Owner” and drive key digital strategies for our key sales channels (Agency and Bancassurance). Our objective is to increase business efficiencies to achieve overall channel’s top and bottom-line budget numbers. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support management’s decision in project sponsorship by establishing clear business needs against what can be delivered by IT and our Platform/Product Owner
- Active engagement with our distribution partners to develop key strategies relevant to them
- Responsible for updating, prioritizing, and implementing digital platforms that drive distribution productivity
