Job Purpose

Lead the integration and implementation of BIM technologies across all projects, ensuring seamless coordination and high‑quality execution. Drive the adoption of BIM standards and workflows, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with Aldar’s vision of innovation and excellence in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in BIM models and project workflows.
• Collaborate with internal design team to integrate BIM into design, construction, and project management processes.
• Oversee the creation, coordination, and management of 3D BIM models and related data throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
