Role Overview

The Assistant Vice President - Auto & SME Financing role drives the growth of the Bank’s retail asset portfolio by expanding Auto and SME Financing businesses and increasing customer product penetration. This role shapes product innovation by defining business requirements for new and competitive financing solutions, while actively developing strategic partnerships to boost NTB acquisition and sales performance. The role oversees portfolio management, P&L performance, and operational efficiency, ensuring smooth sales execution, effective system enhancements, and compliance with Shariah and internal standards. The position also leads marketing campaigns, market research, and product documentation improvements to strengthen the Bank’s market presence.
