Responsibilities
AI Use Case Review Coordination
Act as the central coordinator for AI use case review requests submitted by business or technology teams.Identify relevant review stakeholders (e.g. model risk, technology risk, data privacy, information security, compliance) and formally request risk assessments from each function.Track review progress, follow up on outstanding items, and consolidate inputs into a structured summary for management and committees.Maintain standardized documentation and evidence for each AI use case, in line with internal policies and regulatory expectations.Support the preparation of AI review materials, summaries, and status reports. AI Risk Committee and Governance Support
Serve as secretariat for the AI Risk Committee and related AI governance forums.Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and material distribution.
