• Assistant to Managing Director: meeting scheduling, approval signature handling, travel bookings…
• Distributing internal communications and company info, press statements and articles for external and public
• Monthly company LCD communications coordination
• Cross-functional initiatives / event support
• Visitor hosting & preparation
• Perform other tasks assigned by Managing Director
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or technical area preferred
• More than 2 years experience in similar roles in multinational company
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Event management experience
• Fluent written & spoken English
• Strong MS Office skills
• Very detailed work with patient attitude, forward-thinking, proactive and kind attitude
• Resilience on work pressure & multi tasking.
