As the successful candidate you will lead the Quality Assurance team on site, ensure that daily routines delivered by the team comply with all relevant Manufacturing Standards, legislation and customer requirements.
Responsible for the practical application of the sites Quality Management systems
Accountable for the quality assurance and compliance functions of the site meeting company, legislative, customer and 3rd party accreditation body standards.
Coaching of operations, engineering and QA teams to drive food safety culture
Drive continuous improvement within the site, continually pushing the food safety and quality standards
Ensuring that complaints, internal non-conformances and audit related non-conformances are completed in a timely, yet thorough manner
