• Provide consultation-based tax advisory to clients through the taxPOD platform, addressing a wide range of questions on income tax, SST, RPGT, stamp duty, and more.
• Act as the primary contact point for clients seeking tax clarity, delivering practical, well-researched, and easy-to-understand guidance.
• Ensure all consultations are handled with a professional tone, tailored to the client's specific situation, and delivered within the 3-business-day SLA.
