Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities

+ Assists Program Supervisor in planning of all logistics for staffing and maintaining coverage, manages staff schedules, assists in managing the food, household, and recreation lines in the BHS budget, among other leadership responsibilities.

+ Supports BHS home staff, providing leadership to the program, in the absence of the Program Supervisor.
