Job Title: Assistant Superintendent / Assistant Project Manager
Job Description
This role oversees daily carpentry and field operations across multiple commercial construction job sites throughout New Jersey. The Assistant Superintendent coordinates crews, manages work orders from multiple clients, and ensures projects progress safely, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality. This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced carpenter and foreman who is ready to step into a leadership track with clear growth opportunities and performance-based bonuses.
