JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the Construction Manager and Project Manager by performing duties such as project site coordination, field coordination, construction quality control, documentation of progress and other tasks as defined by the AMP project teams. Aids the Manager, Construction and Project Manager to ensure that the work being installed by the Contractors is per the drawings and specifications, using sound construction practices and good quality workmanship. Supervises daily management of specific project sites including coordinating activities between the various contractors, subcontractors, and the various park operating departments (Operations, Security, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, etc.). Provides on-site inspection and documents about what resources the contractor and subcontractor are providing on site in daily reports.
