This is a part‑time role of 21 hours per week. The successful candidate must be fully flexible to work any three days per week from Monday to Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
• Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey.
• Ensure highest standard of customer service.
• Achieve sales and performance targets.
• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising.
• Maximise sales through physical and digital channels.
• Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers.
• Achieve expectations within campaign activities.
• Work with the manager to generate stock.
