Position Overview
A diploma or certificate in Retail Management, Business, or a related field is beneficial. Certifications related to food safety or retail operations will be a plus. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in a retail supervisory or assistant management role, preferably within the butchery, wholesale, or food distribution sectors. Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail operations, food products, and wholesale distribution processes. Familiarity with franchise operations is an advantage. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to assist in leading a team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Customer Service: A passion for customer service and the ability to assist in maintaining high service standards.
