We are looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual to fill the role of Assistant Store Manager for our Lindt Chocolate Shop in Oshawa Centre. The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of the daily operations of the Lindt Chocolate Shop
• Support the generation and growth of corporate sales
• Uphold the values of exemplary customer service by modeling appropriate behaviours and establishing clear service standards
• Monitor sales performance and labour requirements daily to maximize store profitability without compromising customer service
