Support store leadership in delivering an exceptional customer experience across all departments. Ensure customer service standards and operational expectations are consistently executed throughout the store. Support omni-channel initiatives, including eCommerce fulfillment and in-store digital sales support. Assist in driving customer acquisition and retention through loyalty and credit programs.
