Responsibilities
- Assisting the Store manager in managing a commercial kitchen.
- Training, mentoring, and motivating members of the team - we like to keep a culture of people development and promoting from within.
- Help implement and optimizing operational processes such as inventory, station assignments, and workflows.
- Assisting R&D for new brands and dishes (tasting, sourcing ingredients, brainstorming, experimenting).
- Preparing reports on profitability, inventory, sales, etc.
