■ Operations & Financial Management
- Operational Support: Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring the outlet runs efficiently and meets all company standards.
- Cash Management: Handle daily cash flow, including cash register balancing, petty cash management, and reporting, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Cost Control: Support the Store Manager in monitoring sales and implementing cost-saving measures to improve profitability.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with vendors for timely ordering to prevent shortages. ■ Expansion & Growth
- Growth Support: Assist management in the preparation and execution of new outlet openings.
