We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our QC Vanier location. In this role, you will oversee store operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and lead the team to achieve sales and operational objectives. You will take an active leadership role on the sales floor while helping maintain a positive, results‑driven workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver strong customer experiences.
- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and basic reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable government regulations.
