Analyze the business, propose to Store Director action plans to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives, improve results, support key business strategiesConstantly review along with Store Director the sales and KPIs performance of the storeSupport the Store Director in preparing periodical reporting on competitors, product, potential opportunities Analyze sell through and liaise regularly with the different divisions on product availability and market trends to maximize productivity
Team Management
