Position Overview
. Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop . Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop . Follow up on customer's appointment and feedback . Train manicurists, motivate team's morale and resolve staff issues . Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target . Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies . Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations . Supervise opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation
Requirements . Prior work experience in nail salon, beauty spa or service industry . Able to lead or supervise a team . With some manicure, pedicure product knowledge . Able to work on weekends and public holidays . Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
