We are seeking an experienced support worker to join our team in Torfaen. 
You will work alongside the Service Manager to lead and support the team, providing personalised support to individuals and working with families, local authorities and key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience providing support to adults with learning disabilities and will have completed QCF level 2.

Flexibility is key along with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing excellent support.

A full clean driving license and a car with business insurance is essential.
