We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire on a full time contract (37.5 hours per week) and you will ideally need a full UK driving licence for this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step in their career and progress their development.

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager, working alongside them you will help to support a team of Support Workers and ensure the smooth running of the service.

Have strong communication skills with the people we support, colleagues and other stakeholders.

Be confident to support with leading and managing a team.

Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site.

Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not an essential.
