Sono is a upcoming Korean-Italian restaurant located in the East Village, focused on refined hospitality, thoughtful food, and detailed service. We are seeking an Assistant Server who is organized, attentive, and eager to support the front-of-house team in delivering a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities:
• Assist servers and captains during service
• Deliver food and beverages accurately and efficiently
• Refill and maintain water service for guests
• Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations
• Polish silverware, glassware, and plates
• Assist with opening and closing side work
• Support communication between FOH and kitchen teams
• Anticipate guest and team needs throughout service
